Whether you walk through our door, call our number or drop us an email, your experience with Swords Travel will begin the same way. Over the course of a brief, informal chat, we’ll ask you a range of different questions to determine what you’re looking for in your next trip, plus a bit of wider background to help us make sure we get the detail pitch-perfect. We’ll discover where you’ve been before and what you liked, or didn’t, about it. Critically, we’ll check how and when you best like to communicate, so we don’t pester you at times or via means that aren’t convenient.
Then we’ll go away and work on your holiday, usually coming back to you with at least three options, which we’ll present to you in person, over the phone or by email. We’ll tweak the itinerary of your choice until it’s completely to your satisfaction, then move forward to booking.
After this we’ll drop in the concierge-level extras that make all the difference; restaurant booking, kids’ facilities, things to do, even birthday surprises – elements that would represent hours of work for you and are all part of our service.
We’ll stay in low-key contact through to ticketing and departure, and you’ll have a WhatsApp contact for your dedicated team member, so you can easily get in touch while you’re away. After you return, we’ll make contact to get your feedback – so we know you even better, for next time.

With a new retail store in Wimbledon village where they can host events as well as welcome clients, the business is going from strength to strength.
