Kate at Hot Chilli Travel is the rock star of the travel agency world. We have used her many times to travel in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Kate was wonderful with my last minute request for a getaway for winter sun and came up with some great options all matching my brief. I decided on Dubai and she secured me a great deal with a wonderful hotel and flights and it was exactly what I needed. She made the whole experience a pleasure for someone with very little time of their hands to organise such a thing, but who likes the little luxuries whilst away and this it delivered on in every way. Thank you Kate, I will be using you for next years winter sun requirement
